Our Mission Statement:

“Our Mission is to design, develop, and construct a “state of the art” and highly secured Wellness City in
the Middle of a Rainforest Land fully integrated with the Tropical landscape, mountains, and waterfalls with 20 Kilometers of Ocean-front in the Province of Quezon and Aurora Provinces, the Philippines “

Vision Statement: 

“Our vision is to develop a comprehensive wellness City integrated with the Tropical
land and Ocean which includes Traditional medicine, Holistic, Homeopathic and
and high-Technology Research facilities connected to the major Research Centers
of the World.”

Project Description: 

The Paz Foundation’s Pearl of the Orient” Wellness City is a “self-sustained” Medical and Research University for the studies of Pulmonology and Elderly diseases such as Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and Cognitive disabilities, Fertility Research, Women and Children Medicine, Pediatrics Obstetrics & Gynecology.

Other specialties include:

Cardiology, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Mycology,
University Medical Science Cancer (Oncology), Neurology, Gastroenterology,
Hematology and Infectious diseases, Nutrition, Dentistry and Orthopedics.

As a result, Various Institutes of higher learning are integrated into the Tropical
Rainforest and Pacific Ocean beaches of Quezon/Aurora Provinces, The Philippines.

Design and Architecture Firms:

Currently, we are in negotiations for the initial design with KALBOD Studio. Kalbod is the lead design for the future home of Dubai Health City. We are also negotiating with the Top Master Panning and Architecture forms around the world as well as specialists in MEDICAL Building construction and technology experts.

Other Venues integrated inside the Wellness City are:

Elementary and High Schools, Polytechnical, University, Shopping centers, Five- and Four-Star resort Hotels, Mixed Used Residential Towers and Concert Hall- Museum- Art Galleries Library, and city services (i.e., Fire stations, emergency responders, etc.).

Also, integrated inside the Master Plan is an assisted living residential Development Wellness Center and a Marina with a Yacht Cub.  As a result, the Tropical and Mountainous landscape and Ocean are utilized for hundreds of year-round outdoor activities.

Universities of Higher Learning:

The Pearl of the Orient staff is hiring the most respected Research and Teaching Universities.  Also, we are setting up a team of experts in every discipline of Medicine to invite Prestigious Universities such as Stanford School of Medicine, Harvard Medical School, and other international medical centers.

 Location:

The Pearl of the Orient land comprises Four Parcels of Agricultural Land located in the Dinalungan Province of Aurora containing an area of 204,412, 660 Square Meters registered as Title No, T6886 Notarial Doc. No. 152, Page No. 32 Book No. 45 Series of 2016.  Furthermore, The land area has over 20 Kilometers of Oceanfront with full Riparian Rights, Waterfalls, Tropical Fruits, and Highly Valuable Minerals in the Mountains.

International Airport City:

The main transportation hub for the Medical City is a “State of the Art” International Airport fully designed for visitors for the “Pearl of the Orient” Wellness City.  Whereby, the Airport can accommodate flights for up to fifty (50) million passengers per year.  As a result, the Airport’s fast trains are being designed to transport passengers and patients to the Wellness Center and the Seaport.

Furthermore, the integrated Airport City has integrated housing, shopping venues, and services for a 150,000+ population.
