The Paz Foundation is a United Nations NGO  building a Wellness and Medical Research City in Aurora Province of the Philippines. Our holistic and Traditional Medicine Approach is unique as we blend ancient healing methods, spiritual and Holistic a a Rainforest and ocean setting.

What does this have to do with Reprogramming our thoughts for Better Health, you might ask?.  For centuries ancient healing methods combined Physical, Emotional, Natural and detachment from Human energy.  

Society and our Surrounding for our Thoughts

In today’s Society with mixing of multiple cultures, work related stress and other social factors while becoming increasingly dependent on peer validation, drugs, alcohol, and entertainment for release of emotions and pleasure.

In other words, we rely on outside factors to control our thoughts and thinking. Hence, we must work on changes in our thinking and act if we want to control our lives so we can live a healthy life filled with peace and positive energy.         

Whereby, I believe that as the old adage says” we are what we think,”. By taking an assessment of our thoughts we can start making daily changes to reach our goals of good health, peace and prosperity in our lives.
