       THE PAZ FOUNDATION “PEARL OF THE ORIENT” WELLNESS CITY 

Project Description: 

“The Paz Foundation’s the Philippines is Developing the “Pearl of the Orient” Wellness City. Our “self-sustaining ” Master Planned Development. Whereby, we are designing a Medical and Research University for the studies of studies which include  diseases such as Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and Cognitive disabilities. Other specialties include: Fertility Research, Women and Children Medicine, Pediatrics Obstetrics & Gynecology.

Also, Cardiology, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Mycology,
University Medical Science. Cancer Research  (Oncology), Neurology, Gastroenterology,
Hematology and Infectious diseases, Nutrition, Dentistry and Orthopedics.

As a result, Various Institutes of higher learning are integrated into the Tropical
Rainforest and Pacific Ocean beaches of Quezon/Aurora Provinces, The Philippines.

Other Venues integrated inside the Wellness City are:

Elementary and High Schools, Polytechnical, University, Shopping centers, Five- and Four-Star resort Hotels, Mixed Used Residential Towers. Also, in the arts, we have Concert Halls- Museum- Art Galleries Library. Also, City services (i.e., Fire stations, emergency responders, etc.).

Also, integrated inside the Master Plan is an assisted living residential Development Wellness Center and a Marina with a Yacht Cub.  As a result, the Tropical and Mountainous landscape and Ocean are utilized for hundreds of year-round outdoor activities.

Universities of Higher Learning:

We are inviting the most respected Research and teaching Universities in the world.  Furthermore, we are setting up a team of experts in every discipline of Medicine to invite Prestigious Universities such as Stanford School of Medicine, Harvard Medical School as well as other international medical centers.

The Land parcels are comprised of Four Agricultural and beach front located in the Zambales Province Whereby, the land area  consists of an area of 204,412, 660 Square Meters registered as Title No, T6886 Notarial Doc. No. 152, Page No. 32 Book No. 45 Series of 2016.  Furthermore, the land area has over 20 Kilometers of Oceanfront with full Riparian Rights, Waterfalls, Tropical Fruits, and Highly Valuable Minerals in the Mountains.
