DESCRIPTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSE

“Human rights Abuse and violations are actions that infringe upon the fundamental rights and freedoms guaranteed to all individuals, including the right to life, liberty, security, and freedom from discrimination. These violations can be committed by individuals, groups, or states, and can take various forms, including torture, arbitrary detention, and discrimination.”

To: President Ebrahim Raisi and Ali Khamenei Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran

Re: Human Rights Abuse in Iran 

  This Letter is addressed to the Supreme Leaders of the Republic of Iran for willful Human Rights Abuse and violation of its citizens. The Paz Foundation is a United Nations NGO with the Economic Social Council hereby, formally protests. We protest the arrests, torture, and killings of your citizens. We, officially request swift condemnation, investigations, and justice before the United Nations Security Council and the Court of International Justice.  

For months, your Security forces have cracked down on demonstrators with excessive force, killing at least 348 people. This includes at least 50 children, so far. Thousands of people have been arrested, and many among them were subjected to torture, including sexual and gender-based violence. Lawyers have been detained and intimidated simply for defending their clients, with a reliant judiciary acting as an instrument of repression.

Recently, several United Nations Special Procedures have called on the Council to establish “an international investigative mechanism, to ensure accountability in Iran. The investigation is to hopefully put an end to the persistent impunity for grave human rights violations.”

Genocides and Human Rights Abuse 

However, these actions by international agencies can take months and even years to condemn the atrocities and systematic killings. The Horrific killing of your citizens who protest Human Rights Violations. –which is a universal right.  For the sake of Humanity, STOP THE KILLING AND TORTURE OF YOUR CITIZENS!
